Sponsorships Available to Support CBT

The Office of Multicultural Advancement is asking for alumni assistance in securing additional event sponsorship for the 2021 Coming Back Together reunion. “We know we have alumni working throughout corporate America and we offer a unique opportunity to target a diverse, educated consumer base with significant disposable income,” says Rachel Vassel ’91, associate vice president for multicultural advancement. “We welcome any support and assistance alumni can provide in connecting their employers to us, or us to them.”

Current event sponsors include Nike, Wegmans, National Grid and Epiphany Blue, a corporate event planning company owned by Tamekia Flowers Ball ’97, which is sponsoring the “A Different World” reunion panel.

“We are specifically looking to target a title sponsor for our Friday night concert with R&B legends SWV,” says Vassel.

Smaller sponsorships and in-kind sponsorships are also available. “We have $5,000 sponsorships available that would provide great exposure for a small business,” she says.
